About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global data and AI strategy for consumer and media data, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to develop data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and analytics roadmaps.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to generate actionable insights for marketing, product development, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business units to ensure scalable data architecture and secure data pipelines.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing investment and prioritization decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data strategy, analytics, and AI implementation within a large, global organization.
- Strong understanding of consumer and media data ecosystems, including data acquisition, processing, and privacy compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating complex data concepts into business value.
- Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
