About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global data and AI strategy to accelerate consumer‑focused insights.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms on cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Lead cross‑functional teams of data engineers, scientists, and analysts, fostering collaboration and mentorship.
- Drive the development and productionalization of machine‑learning models that support business objectives.
- Establish data governance, quality, and security standards across all consumer data assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools (e.g., Spark, Airflow, dbt).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and container orchestration.
- Proven track record delivering machine‑learning solutions at scale.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence globally.
