Software Engineer
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a Digital Twin initiative within a high‑speed rail infrastructure program, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope execution while collaborating across engineering, data, and technology teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the scope, schedule, and budget for the Digital Twin work package within the larger rail infrastructure program.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, data science, IT) to deliver integrated Digital Twin solutions that align with the program’s overall strategy.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep the initiative on schedule and within scope.
- Communicate status, deliverables, and technical insights to senior stakeholders and project leadership.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and data governance policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in infrastructure or transportation.
- Strong understanding of Digital Twin concepts, data integration, and simulation tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices.
- Fluency in French and English.
