Geotechnical Engineer - EnTech Engineering, PC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate geotechnical field investigations, including drilling, sampling, and in‑situ testing.
• Analyze laboratory and field data to develop soil and rock classification, bearing capacity, and settlement predictions.
• Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, design calculations, and construction drawings for foundations, retaining walls, and ground improvement.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, and environmental teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into overall project design.
• Utilize GIS and CAD tools to map subsurface conditions and support design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in geotechnical field investigations and design.
• Proficiency with geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio, GEO5) and GIS platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
