Geotechnical Engineer responsible for soil and foundation analysis, seismic design, and project coordination using AutoCAD, PLAXIS, and GeoStudio to deliver safe, cost‑effective infrastructure solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field investigations, laboratory testing, and data interpretation to assess soil and rock conditions for design projects.
- Develop and review geotechnical design reports, including foundation, retaining wall, and slope stability analyses.
- Perform seismic and liquefaction analyses, applying relevant codes and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into overall project design.
- Prepare and present technical findings to clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of professional geotechnical experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PLAXIS, GeoStudio, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
