About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the mission‑thread integrator for GEOINT ground capabilities, coordinating design, development, and deployment across multiple platforms.
- Lead systems integration activities, ensuring interoperability between GEOINT sensors, processing chains, and command & control systems.
- Collaborate with NRO stakeholders to define requirements, validate solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and integration procedures for ground systems.
- Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and sustainment of operational GEOINT ground assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GEOINT or related ground systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, integration techniques, and operations thread management.
- Experience working with NRO or similar defense programs and understanding of TS security requirements.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
