About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize GWAS and differential abundance analyses on large genomic datasets.
- Develop and maintain reproducible, containerized pipelines (Docker/Singularity) for cloud deployment.
- Perform rigorous association testing, statistical modeling, and result interpretation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate findings into actionable biological insights.
- Document methodologies, produce technical reports, and present results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD/MSc) in Genomics, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- Proven experience with GWAS, differential abundance, and association testing.
- Strong programming skills in R and Python.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
