Genesys Cloud CX Engineer building and configuring core contact center capabilities—call flows, IVR, routing, queues, permissions, reporting, and telephony integration—within a FedRAMP environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Genesys Cloud contact center solutions, including call flows, IVR scripts, and routing logic.
- Set up and manage queues, permissions, and reporting dashboards to meet client requirements.
- Integrate telephony services and ensure seamless connectivity with existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to conduct testing, validate production readiness, and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain compliance with FedRAMP standards and support security and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform and related configuration tools.
- Proficiency in designing IVR flows, call routing, and queue management.
- Knowledge of telephony integration (PSTN, SIP, VoIP) and reporting mechanisms.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance and security best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
