Software Engineer
Develop and configure Genesys Cloud CX solutions, building IVR, voice and digital bot flows, managing omnichannel routing, quality and workforce tools, and integrating Dialer into SaaS applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop IVR and call routing flows using Genesys Architect.
- Design and implement voice bot and digital bot flows to enhance customer interactions.
- Set up and manage omnichannel capabilities (Voice, Chat, Email, SMS) and integrate Genesys Cloud Dialer into SaaS applications.
- Configure queues, skills, tasks, agent profiles, security roles, and customer profiles for optimal routing.
- Implement skill‑based routing, call recording, Quality Management (QM), and Workforce Management (WFM) features.
- Perform Genesys Cloud environment setup and administration across development, test, and production environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform and Architect.
- Strong knowledge of IVR design, voice bot development, and omnichannel routing.
- Hands‑on experience with call recording, QM, and WFM modules.
- Familiarity with integrating Dialer into third‑party SaaS applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work across multiple environments.
