About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX applications and integrations for enterprise contact center environments.
- Implement omnichannel routing, IVR, and real‑time analytics to enhance customer engagement.
- Automate workflows using Genesys Cloud APIs, scripting, and third‑party services.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high‑availability solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX or similar CCaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) and RESTful API integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with omnichannel routing, IVR design, and real‑time analytics.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote contract role.
