About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional team to design, develop, and deploy production‑ready Generative AI models that enhance operational workflows.
- Translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Oversee model lifecycle management, including data pipeline creation, model training, validation, and continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering to architect scalable solutions on AWS or GCP, optimizing cost and performance.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, and integrating them into the product stack.
- Mentor and develop talent, fostering a culture of experimentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML product leadership, with a proven track record in Generative AI deployments.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud ML services.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, model governance, and compliance in financial services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build and scale high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
