About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end deployment pipelines for generative AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to convert research prototypes into production‑ready services.
- Implement CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure high availability and performance.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization through model pruning, quantization, and efficient serving strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards for defense‑grade AI deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong understanding of generative AI architectures (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) and MLOps best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
