About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate generative AI models (e.g., LLM‑based chatbots) to support clinical supply chain workflows.
- Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to gather requirements, curate training data, and ensure model relevance to trial logistics.
- Implement prompt‑engineering strategies and evaluate model performance using metrics such as accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing supply‑chain platforms, providing APIs or UI components for end‑users.
- Monitor deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve robustness and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; recent graduate acceptable.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine‑learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Hands‑on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and natural‑language processing techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate domain knowledge into effective AI solutions.
