Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer - engineering people GmbH

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement generative AI models (e.g., diffusion, transformer‑based) and agentic frameworks that autonomously plan and execute tasks.
• Develop end‑to‑end pipelines from data ingestion to model serving on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions, iterating on model performance and user experience.
• Conduct rigorous evaluation, bias mitigation, and safety testing of AI agents before production release.
• Document best practices, model cards, and deployment procedures for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands‑on experience building generative models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion) and agentic systems (e.g., RL‑based planners).
• Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning concepts.
• Experience deploying AI workloads on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda) and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and a passion for advancing AI technology.
