General Manager, Frontier Data - Labelbox

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision for frontier data solutions that enable large‑scale AI model training and research.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and research teams to design robust data pipelines, annotation tools, and data governance features.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high‑impact releases on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Drive go‑to‑market strategy, including pricing, positioning, and collaboration with enterprise customers and research labs.
• Mentor and grow a cross‑functional team of product managers, data engineers, and analysts, fostering a data‑centric culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product leadership experience building data‑intensive platforms for AI or machine‑learning workloads.
• Strong technical background in data engineering, Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable products from concept to market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and technical teams.
• Experience working with research labs or enterprise customers on AI data pipelines is a plus.
