GenAI/LLM Scientist Analyst
As an Intelligence & Insights GenAI/LLM Scientist, you will be responsible for building data-driven Gen AI solutions and engaging with clients to implement complex AI workflows using large language models. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and optimizing LLM-based applications using various frameworks like LangChain and Bedrock Agents, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

YOUR ROLE
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Intelligence & Insights (I&I) GenAI/LLM Scientist in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include:
- Build data-driven Gen AI enabled solutions including frameworks, products and offerings prototypes
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and recommend building, orchestrating, and running complex AI workflows and agents using large language models (LLMs)
- Hands on experience in designing, deploying and optimizing LLM based applications using RAG architectures, LangChain, Agentic frameworks, LangGraph, and Bedrock Agents etc.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions by determining the best I&I solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth with clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs
- Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts
