Lead the design and deployment of generative and agentic AI solutions, leveraging Python, AWS, and advanced data engineering to deliver scalable, high‑impact products for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end GenAI and agentic AI pipelines using Python and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions).
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ingest, clean, and transform large datasets for model training and inference.
- Integrate advanced NLP and multimodal models, optimizing for latency, throughput, and cost.
- Develop reusable components and best‑practice guidelines for AI model lifecycle management.
- Monitor model performance, conduct drift analysis, and implement continuous improvement loops.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience building production‑grade generative AI or agentic AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS, and data engineering tools (Spark, Airflow).
- Strong understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and model deployment best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
