About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end GenAI pipelines, integrating large language models with healthcare data sources.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, data scientists, and domain experts to deliver production‑ready AI services.
- Collaborate with product and clinical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and maintain robust data security practices.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in AI model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Requirements
- 5–15 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
- Hands‑on experience with large language models, fine‑tuning, and deployment at scale.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
