AI Engineer
Lead GenAI support for enterprise customers, troubleshooting Vertex AI pipelines, Gemini APIs, and agentic solutions on GCP while delivering root‑cause analysis and crisis management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve high‑severity incidents involving Vertex AI Pipelines, Endpoints, and Vector Search deployments.
- Provide expert guidance on Gemini API integration and agentic architecture design (Function Calling, Agent Development Kit, Agent Builder).
- Collaborate with L1/L2 teams to perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Analyze distributed system logs using Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and Stackdriver to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Maintain and optimize GCP infrastructure components such as BigQuery, IAM, Cloud Storage, and VPC networking for ML workloads.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Google GenAI stack, including Vertex AI and Gemini APIs.
- Strong Python coding and debugging skills for API and data pipeline troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of GCP services (BigQuery, IAM, Cloud Storage, VPC) and their interaction with ML deployments.
- Excellent communication and crisis‑management abilities to support enterprise customers.
- Experience with distributed systems log analysis and performance tuning.
