About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of large language model (LLM) pipelines, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to deliver end‑to‑end GenAI solutions.
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance stakeholders to define requirements, risk mitigations, and deployment strategies.
- Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) for AI‑centric services.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python and AI/ML technologies.
- Proven track record leading large, distributed teams in a fast‑moving environment.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, training pipelines, and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with MLOps tools, model versioning, and monitoring in production.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
