Data Scientist
Lead the design and deployment of generative AI models to transform financial data insights, leveraging Python, ML, NLP, and cloud services to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and fine‑tune generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for financial data analysis and customer insight generation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define problem statements, data requirements, and success metrics.
- Implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS SageMaker, Lambda).
- Perform rigorous model evaluation, bias assessment, and performance monitoring.
- Document methodologies, produce technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in Python, machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow), and NLP frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with generative models and large‑scale data processing.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
