Gen/Agentic AI Engineer - Infosys

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data preparation pipelines, identifying patterns and anomalies to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling.
• Design, train, and fine‑tune complex machine learning models, including forecasting and large language model (LLM) solutions, to solve business challenges.
• Optimize algorithms for performance, reliability, and scalability, conducting rigorous testing and validation before production rollout.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate models into scalable, production‑ready systems, providing guidance on best practices.
• Document model development processes, results, and insights to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying LLM‑based solutions and forecasting models.
• Proficiency in data engineering concepts, including ETL, data pipelines, and anomaly detection.
• Solid understanding of model performance metrics, testing, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
