About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end GenAI solutions for pharmaceutical use cases, ensuring robust production readiness.
- Develop and iterate on GenAI proof‑of‑concepts, translating research prototypes into scalable, maintainable systems.
- Design and deploy Agentic AI frameworks that enable autonomous decision‑making and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and regulatory teams to align AI models with business and compliance requirements.
- Mentor cross‑functional teams on best practices for AI model training, validation, and monitoring.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI, with a minimum of 3 years focused on GenAI technologies.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production, including model serving, monitoring, and governance.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life‑sciences sector, understanding of regulatory constraints.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
