Design and deploy production‑grade Generative AI solutions for the pharmaceutical sector, leading POCs, integrating agentic systems, and leveraging Python, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and operationalize end‑to‑end Generative AI solutions in production environments for pharma applications.
- Lead the creation of proof‑of‑concepts that showcase advanced GenAI capabilities and translate them into scalable services.
- Design and implement agentic AI systems, ensuring robust reasoning, autonomy, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Write high‑quality, production‑ready Python code for model training, inference pipelines, and integration with existing data platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, build data pipelines, and optimize cloud infrastructure for AI workloads.
Requirements
- 10+ years of AI experience, including at least 3 years focused on Generative AI and a strong background in Machine Learning.
- Hands‑on expertise with Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
- Deep understanding of agentic AI concepts and practical experience building autonomous systems.
- Proven ability to deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and manage data engineering workflows.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life‑science domain is highly preferred.
