About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine‑tune prompts for various LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to meet product and business goals.
- Conduct systematic testing, evaluation, and performance analysis of prompts, using metrics such as relevance, coherence, and latency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate prompt solutions into applications and workflows.
- Iterate on prompt strategies based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and emerging model capabilities.
- Document prompt design patterns, best practices, and performance findings for knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering for LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and automation of prompt pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts and evaluation metrics.
- Experience analyzing model outputs, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing for accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a creative mindset for crafting effective prompts.
