Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for large financial datasets using Spark, Kafka, and cloud data services.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) to build retrieval‑augmented generation systems for risk analytics and document intelligence.
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to translate financial regulations and compliance requirements into AI‑driven workflows.
• Optimize model inference performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput for real‑time fraud detection and regulatory reporting.
• Lead code reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer to cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and machine learning within financial services.
• Deep understanding of financial domain concepts such as risk analytics, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
