Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions for medical device products, leveraging AWS services, MLOps, and MLflow to build scalable, compliant, and secure applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end machine learning architectures using AWS AI/ML services for medical device applications.
- Develop reusable MLflow‑based frameworks for experiment tracking, model versioning, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and clinical standards.
- Apply MLOps best practices to automate model training, testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Monitor model performance in production, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on models to maintain accuracy and safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience building AI/ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions).
- Strong knowledge of MLOps principles and hands‑on experience with MLflow.
- Background in medical device software development and familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, IEC 62304).
- Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with data pipelines and model deployment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
