Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI solutions, integrating machine learning, NLP, and computer vision to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end GenAI systems that align with strategic business objectives.
- Design and implement machine learning pipelines, NLP models, and computer vision solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into technical specifications.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI services on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Lead model validation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Proven experience designing and deploying GenAI, ML, NLP, and computer vision solutions in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Lambda, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with model governance, data privacy, and ethical AI practices is a plus.
