Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade data solutions on Google Cloud, driving architecture, governance, and AI integration to empower data‑driven decisions across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub to ingest, transform, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Design and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance across all GCP services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to integrate machine learning models and AI services into production workflows.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Data Studio, enabling self‑service analytics for non‑technical users.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering best practices in cloud architecture and data engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering on Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency with BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud AI services.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance principles.
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
