About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions using BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, and Cloud Storage.
- Write efficient SQL queries and Python scripts to cleanse, enrich, and model data for downstream analytics and machine learning workloads.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable data architectures.
- Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage to reduce costs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Google Cloud services.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
