About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HTM evaluations and life‑cycle management for OFSD programs.
- Prepare and analyze budget and financial reports to support program monitoring and control.
- Collaborate with operational units and ships to gather data and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain and update financial databases using SQL and Excel, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in the development of financial dashboards and performance metrics for senior leadership.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting within a technical or defense environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel to operational units and ships as required.
