About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end supply chain process redesign projects, identifying bottlenecks and implementing Lean Six Sigma improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of transformation milestones.
- Analyze operational data to develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools that support decision‑making.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise to DLA client teams, ensuring compliance with security protocols and government regulations.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) and CAC eligibility.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain process improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) and Agile project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of leading cross‑functional teams.
