In this role, you will be an efficient leader who drives the successful delivery of the Ariel EAS solution to our clients. You will manage a multidisciplinary implementation team and take overall accountability for delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations within planned deadlines. You'll serve as the bridge between our clients and product development team, ensuring that client needs are understood and met while managing project scope, priorities, and risks. This is a leadership position where you'll not only deliver solutions but also coach and develop your team members .

What you'll do

Present and promote the Ariel EAS software solution to clients, representing their needs to the Product Development team

Coordinate implementation teams and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery

Manage priorities and ensure high-value deliverables that meet client expectations

Plan and control project scope based on contract requirements and maintain the Requirements Traceability matrix

Identify and mitigate risks, providing proactive solutions to problems as they arise

Stay informed of new product developments and incorporate them into strategic decision-making

Provide concise requirements for custom gaps to the product team

Lead the transition to the support team and ensure clients fully understand the delivered solution

Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team and propose innovative improvements to existing processes
