Software Engineer
Lead technology exam and findings management, overseeing audits, reviews, and remediation plans. Drive cross‑functional collaboration, track open findings, and report progress to stakeholders using MSIFs and MAPs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology‑owned exams, audits, and reviews, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Track and report on open findings, Management Action Plans (MAP), and Matters Requiring Attention (MRA) across multiple lines of defense.
- Collaborate with Technology SMEs to draft MSIFs, remediation plans, and provide consultative support for findings resolution.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation of audit actions.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in QA, audit management, or regulatory compliance within a technology environment.
- Strong understanding of audit frameworks, MSIFs, and remediation processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify risks, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project tracking capabilities.
