As a Fulfillment Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of fulfillment specialists to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
