Torch Technologies is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Developer (mid-level) to join a small, tight‑knit team of six developers building web applications for the 337th Electronic Warfare Squadron (337 EWS), 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 337th EWS and related squadrons develop and test electronic warfare (EW) mission data (MD) for our foreign partners to defeat enemy radar and infrared guided missile systems, enhancing aircrew and aircraft survivability in combat. Using C#.NET, Angular, and related technologies, you’ll take ownership of features and projects to help us deliver software that is fast, reliable, secure, and maintainable.
As a Full-Stack Software Developer, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using C#.NET , VB.NET , WPF , and XAML.
Build and enhance web applications using C#.NET , ASP.NET , Angular , HTML , CSS , Typescript , and Tailwind.
Write clean, maintainable, object‑oriented code following established patterns and principles.
Participate in daily remote team meetings and collaborate asynchronously throughout the day.
Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the team informed.
Contribute to secure development practices aligned with government cybersecurity requirements.
Use Azure DevOps for project management, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
Deploy applications to Windows , Linux , and Azure cloud environments.
Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience. (6 years' of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement).
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET,
Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts and principles,
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical teammates,
Possess the ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
