About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a 3‑month training program covering software fundamentals and best practices.
- Assist in designing, developing, and testing web and mobile applications using Flutter for the front‑end and Python/SQL for the back‑end.
- Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and implement new features.
- Maintain code quality through version control, code reviews, and documentation.
- Contribute to real client projects, delivering functional components under mentorship.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands‑on programming experience with at least one language (preferably Python).
- Familiarity with full‑stack concepts and exposure to Flutter for mobile/web UI development.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
