Full Stack .NET Developer (HMS)

Location: Remote / WFH Employment Type: Permanent with Client

Key Responsibilities (6)

• Design, develop, and maintain Hospital Management System (HMS) modules using ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+ .
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for integration with healthcare and third-party systems (LIS, PACS, Insurance, etc.).
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using Angular or React for hospital users.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases , ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA/PDPA).
• Collaborate in architecture design, code reviews, CI/CD deployments, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements (6)

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack .NET development (ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, Entity Framework).
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular or React .
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server , including performance tuning and complex queries.
• Proven experience in API development and system integration , preferably in healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools , CI/CD pipelines, and cloud or on-prem deployments (Azure, IIS, Docker).
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
