Lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud‑native full‑stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and React, while driving DevOps practices and AI‑assisted development across modern banking platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end‑to‑end design of scalable, reusable cloud‑native full‑stack applications for modern banking services.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations to ensure high performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud deployments on AWS.
- Integrate AI‑assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven track record designing and deploying microservices and full‑stack solutions using React and related frontend frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, DevOps tooling, and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of AI‑assisted development tools and modern banking domain is a plus.
