Lead a full‑stack team building a real‑time Live Dating & Matrimony platform, driving architecture, scaling, and DevOps using React, Node.js, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own end‑to‑end architecture for a high‑traffic, real‑time video and matchmaking platform (mobile & web).
- Lead a cross‑functional team of front‑end, back‑end, and DevOps engineers, fostering extreme ownership and rapid delivery.
- Implement scalable micro‑services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL, and build responsive UIs with React.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot production incidents, and continuously improve reliability and latency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development and production‑grade DevOps.
- Strong expertise in React, Node.js, and building real‑time features (WebSockets, WebRTC).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD workflows.
- Proven ability to design, scale, and maintain PostgreSQL (or similar) databases in high‑load environments.
- Track record of leading technical teams, making architecture decisions, and delivering complex systems from scratch.
