We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack AI Engineer to join our startup and build production-ready AI applications from end to end. We're less concerned about years of experience and more interested in the quality of projects you've built and your ability to ship. What You'll Work On - Designing and building multi-agent AI systems and orchestration workflows - Developing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines - Building document extraction and processing pipelines for structured and unstructured data - Fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs (nice to have) - Developing backend APIs and integrating AI services into modern web applications - Building intuitive frontend interfaces for AI-powered products - Deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI applications in production
What We're Looking For - Demonstrated experience through personal, open-source, freelance, or professional projects involving: - Multi-agent orchestration - RAG pipelines - Document extraction pipelines - LLM fine-tuning (bonus) - Good understanding of backend development and modern frontend frameworks (bonus) - Proficiency with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows - Familiarity with CI/CD, AWS EC2, and Amazon Bedrock (bonus) - Comfortable using AI development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor - Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
