About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional full‑stack engineering team delivering AWS‑based solutions.
- Architect, design, and implement end‑to‑end web applications using Python, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Integrate machine‑learning models and data‑analytics pipelines into production services.
- Collaborate with product, data, and cloud specialists to define technical roadmaps and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Drive best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud governance within the AWS environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation) and cloud‑native architecture.
- Proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Experience building or integrating machine‑learning models and data‑analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building skills.
