Full Stack Engineer responsible for building and scaling an AI‑powered support ticket platform, leveraging JavaScript/Node.js, React, Python, and AWS services to deliver robust, data‑driven web applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end features for an AI‑driven ticketing platform using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and micro‑services deployed on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, testable code, conduct code reviews, and ensure high performance and scalability.
- Containerize applications with Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable releases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development with strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Solid understanding of Python for backend services and data processing.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Proficiency in SQL databases and writing efficient queries.
- Familiarity with Docker, container orchestration, and modern CI/CD practices.
