About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and e‑commerce sites.
- Build and maintain Shopify stores, including theme modifications and app integrations.
- Implement server‑side logic using Laravel and PHP to extend functionality and improve performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate mockups into responsive, cross‑browser web pages.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure high‑quality, secure deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience with WordPress and Shopify development.
- Proficient in PHP and Laravel framework for backend development.
- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6) and responsive design principles.
- Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and communicate effectively within a team.
