About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and custom UI components for a client‑facing self‑service portal.
- Integrate Okta for authentication and single sign‑on across ServiceNow and other enterprise apps.
- Build and consume REST/GraphQL APIs to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high code quality and performance.
Requirements
- 5‑8 years of full stack development experience, with 4‑5 years specifically in ServiceNow.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, UI Policy, Business Rule).
- Hands‑on experience with Okta integration, OAuth, and SAML.
- Experience designing RESTful services and integrating third‑party APIs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
