About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and ship scalable web services using Python and Node.js on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement AI‑native features and automation pipelines to accelerate development cycles.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive technical decision‑making, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices across the stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with Python and Node.js.
- Proven expertise in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.) and cloud architecture.
- Hands‑on experience building AI/ML components and automating CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and scaling engineering teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
