About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services in Python, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Build and iterate on responsive, user‑centric front‑end components using React.js.
- Architect and document RESTful APIs, integrating third‑party services and internal microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features on time and within scope.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python (Django/Flask) and React.js with a solid understanding of modern JavaScript.
- Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional, global teams.
- Hands‑on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
