About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advisors to decompose epics into detailed features and design robust, scalable architectures.
- Write, test, and deploy high‑performing, secure code across front‑end and back‑end layers.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain code quality through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate cross‑team communication, manage priorities, and act as the demo content owner for stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full stack development experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and containerization with Docker.
- Proficiency in relational databases (SQL) and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality and security.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
