What Success Looks Like:
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Build Scalable Systems : Develop modern full-stack applications, covering frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure.
- Integrate AI : Use Claude Code and other AI tools to drive faster development and smarter workflows.
- Prototype New Ideas : Experiment with new products and features, quickly prototyping and refining the best ideas into production systems.
- Automate Workflows : Develop AI-first workflows and automation tools to eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with Leadership : Work closely with leadership to identify high-leverage areas where AI and software can have the biggest impact.
