Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of fulfillment services across telecom BSS platforms, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Design scalable, microservices‑based solutions on cloud environments (AWS or Azure) to support high‑volume transaction processing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define API contracts, data models, and integration patterns for seamless connectivity with external systems.
- Lead technical reviews, code quality assessments, and performance tuning to meet SLAs and compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting DevOps practices and automation to accelerate delivery cycles.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in telecom BSS solution architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex fulfillment systems.
- Deep expertise in microservices design, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and API‑first integration.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions for diverse stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with performance monitoring, security best practices, and regulatory compliance in telecom environments.
